Dear Parents,
Welcome to Growing Kids Academy! We are very excited that you have chosen to inquire about our programs. We believe one look in the Growing Kids Academy will show you that it is not your ordinary early learning center. With beautiful natural light and visual stimulation, and astonishing hands-on learning labs, the Growing Kids Academy seems more like an interactive children's museum - and that's our goal.
Designed by early childhood educators, Growing Kids Academy is arranged so that children have opportunities to interact with the environment, peers, and teachers. Children are encouraged to explore a vast array of learning labs that are geared toward developing children's total growth including physical, cognitive, emotional, and social skills. Our gymnasium and playgrounds demonstrate our commitment to physical health with year-round gross motor play.
Curriculum activities focus on the natural curiosity and energy of young children. Our child-centered, learning labs foster children's development in language and reading, mathematics, science, social studies, creative movement, art and messy play, technology/computers, foreign language, and multi-cultural awareness.
Teachers model a love for life-long learning by challenging children to make predictions, to explore, to discover, to question, to represent and to reflect upon their ways of thinking.
